This hub is the incoming tray. It does not replace walkthroughs. It points at the week that changed the tape: gamescom 2026, the August combat mini-doc, and the June delay that set February 12, 2027 in stone.
August 2026: systems, then a longer valley
On August 17 Crystal Dynamics published Combat & Progression Reimagined: Focus, four weapons, an artifact skill tree, herb brewing, dual pistols viable to the credits. On August 26–27 gamescom put a twenty-minute Peru presentation on Xbox's stage and an IGN interview on the T-Rex. Start with the gamescom report if you want the new footage. Start with combat if you want the systems. Start with the T-Rex guide if you only care about the dinosaur.
June 2026: the date and the hour
State of Play locked February 12, 2027 and Switch 2. Summer Game Fest locked the Lost Valley as the only chapter journalists have played end to end. That hour still feeds the Peru walkthrough and the preview review. The delay is explained on the release date page. Nothing in August moved the calendar.
What this hub will not do
It will not invent weekly patch notes for an unreleased game. It will not duplicate every guide. When a real trailer or a new region tape lands, it gets a page here and a link out to the system it actually changes. Until then, the useful reading is still how to play and the editions math.
